Reservation Policy

Rules for making a reservation – We guarantee your reservation upon payment of 30% of the reservation amount in advance. the remainder can be paid upon check in;
Withdrawal rules without cancellation “No Show” – Many customers simply do not show up and do not cancel their reservation in advance, in which case the customer completely loses the entry fee;
Withdrawal rules after entry – It may happen that the customer does not like the place. In this case he loses the value of the first night, if the amount paid is higher, the remainder will be refunded in full and will be transferred within 24 hours, if the amount paid is less than the entry value, he loses it in full;
If he has to leave before the date reserved for his departure, for reasons of force majeure, he pays the daily rates used, plus one, and the amount will be refunded within 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy
According to art. 49 of the CDC, the consumer who purchases a product or service outside the commercial establishment, regretting it within a period of seven days. In this case, withdrawal occurs at no cost to the customer. Because, even if the customer analyzes the product or service through photos and videos, nothing replaces the consumer's direct contact with the product or service.
Therefore, it is clear that reservations made outside the establishment can be canceled without retaining the amount paid. This is if cancellation is requested within seven days, limited to 24 hours before check-in.
The same art. 49 of the CDC also determines that purchases made at the hotel or inn are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Therefore, reservations made in person by the customer may be canceled, but the entry fee paid may be retained in full by the establishment.
Rules for canceling reservations after the right of withdrawal period has passed – Even though the Consumer Protection Code guarantees the right to retain the amount paid by the customer to guarantee the reservation, it is good practice to be more flexible.
That's why we keep your credit for a future reservation, so the customer can choose another available period.
Rules for canceling promotional packages and special rates – In a promotion, the rules for cancellation do not apply. Due to promotional prices, cancellation flexibility may be less. Find out the rules for each promotion.
Rules for group cancellations – Many establishments reserve all of their UHs for groups, thus failing to serve other customers during the reserved period.
Short-notice cancellations can greatly harm the establishment. For this reason we will analyze each case separately.
